60-day satisfaction guarantee
All items can be exchanged or returned under our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, subject strictly to the conditions outlined below.
The User has a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of delivery of the items to request a return, which will be accepted only in the following two cases:

Unopened Product Return
The User may return the items if the bottles are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. The goods must be returned to our warehouse, and the full cost of return shipping shall be borne by the User. -
Opened or Used Product – No Results After Full Treatment
The User may return the items if they have opened or tried the supplement only after completing the full treatment period corresponding to the order and experiencing no results whatsoever. Any remaining bottles must be returned to our warehouse. WELL HABITS reserves the right to request reasonable medical or supporting evidence confirming the absence of results.
To exercise the right to return under this guarantee, the User must notify WELL HABITS Customer Service of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by post or email).
In the event of an accepted return, refunds will only be processed after the returned bottles have been received at our warehouse and inspected to confirm compliance with the return conditions. Once confirmed, all payments made by the User will be refunded without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the returned goods.
The User must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the day on which they informed WELL HABITS of their decision to return the items. This deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are shipped before the expiry of the aforementioned 15 (fifteen) day period.
The Buyer MUST return the goods by post to the WELL HABITS premises and shall bear the full cost of returning the goods.
For returns and exchanges of items, the User must comply with the following conditions:

Return the items in their original packaging, complete and without signs of actual use (except in the case of condition 2 above, where opened products are accepted only after full treatment with no results);

Ensure the items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our service, and only those that meet the return conditions described in this guarantee will be accepted for exchange or refund.
In the event of a return of all items, if the order entitled the User to a gift, this does not have to be returned.
In the event of a request for a refund for an item purchased at a reduced price due to a special offer, WELL HABITS will refund the amount actually paid by the User and not the total undiscounted amount. Refunds will be made by bank transfer.
In general, products cannot be returned if any of the following conditions apply:

The buyer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products themselves or had them repaired and/or modified by a third party;
-
The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or treated negligently or contrary to the instructions provided and/or the packaging.
