90-day satisfaction guarantee
All items can be exchanged or returned, ‘90-day Satisfaction Guarantee’.
The User has a period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of ordering the items to return them if they have not yet been tried or used.
The User may also choose to freely withdraw from the contract, under the applicable legal terms.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the User must notify WELL HABITS Customer Service of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by post).
In the event of termination of this contract, all payments made by the User will be refunded without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date on which WELL HABITS is informed of the User's decision to terminate this contract. WELL HABITS informs you that it may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods, or until the User provides proof of shipment of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
The User must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the day on which they informed WELL HABITS of the free termination of the contract, which shall be deemed to have been fulfilled if the User returns the goods before the expiry of the aforementioned period of 15 (fifteen) days.
The User MUST return the goods by post to the WELL HABITS premises in Spain and shall bear the full cost of returning the goods.
For returns and exchanges of items, the User must comply with the following conditions: Return the items in their original packaging, complete and without signs of actual use;
All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that meet the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
In the event of a return of all items, if the order entitled the User to a gift, this does not have to be returned.
In the event of a request for a refund for an item purchased at a reduced price due to a special offer, WELL HABITS will refund the amount actually paid by the User and not the total amount. In the event of a refund, WELL HABITS will proceed as follows: the refund will be made by bank transfer.
In general, products cannot be returned if any of the following conditions apply:
The buyer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products themselves or had them repaired and/or modified by a third party;
The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or treated negligently or contrary to the instructions of the intermediary and/or the packaging.
